The idea behind this addition / remodel is simple. The client wanted more space in the kitchen, a better way to get downstairs, separate living quarters for their out-of-town guest and finally a small garage attached to the house. They already have a building on the property with plenty of room to store cars out of the weather but adding the attached garage makes perfect sense. We created all of this with great design flow from each of the existing rooms as well as the new rooms. This space and geometry will be amazing to see come to fruition. We’re excited to see this built! Such wonderful people to work with.
